Your safety and peace of mind is important to us when you stay at Kalahe House. We aim to provide a “Vacation Safe” experience.
One advantage of staying at a private villa is that of exclusivity – your contact with the number of staff will be limited to two persons and if you book the whole property there will be no other guests.
To minimise COVID-19 exposure risks we are adopting recommended best hygiene and cleaning standards. These include:
- deep cleaning of surfaces between bookings and regular cleaning during your stay
- regular temperature tests for all staff and outside visitors
- hand washing by staff frequently and whenever they enter the property
- use of face masks by staff when interacting with guests
- appropriate social distancing
- availability of hand soaps, sanitisers and disinfectants
